Job Captain

Develop and coordinate construction documents using Revit, preparing hand-sketched details and translating them into digital drawings for multifamily and mixed-use projects. Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to ensure drawing accuracy, support construction administration, and review project progress from concept through construction. Apply knowledge of IBC, CBC, accessibility requirements, and construction methods including Type I, III, and V systems. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, California Architect license or progress toward licensure, and minimum four years of architectural experience with two years on multifamily projects. Flexible hybrid schedule (Mon–Wed in office, Thu–Fri remote) with professional growth and licensure support.
