Job Summary
Job Captain at a California-based design firm in Oakland overseeing internal architectural project teams, coordinating with consultants to ensure documentation completeness and code compliance, and providing QA. Duties include drafting construction documents and redlining junior staff, managing team workflows, ensuring design completeness and compliance, interfacing with external client-side peers, attending planning/construction meetings, and supporting project managers on fee proposals, schedules, work plans, and conceptual cost estimates. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and 4+ years of experience; proficiency in Revit, Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.
