Job Summary
Job Captain to deliver high-quality multifamily and mixed-use projects from design development through construction documentation and team coordination. Responsibilities include developing and coordinating construction documents using Revit, collaborating with consultants and project teams for drawing accuracy, translating hand sketches into Revit drawings, supporting construction administration, applying IBC/CBC accessibility requirements and construction methods, and coordinating with internal teams at the Downtown Oakland office. The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule (Mon–Wed in office, Thu–Fri remote) with licensure support and health benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required
- Minimum 4 years of architectural experience, including 2 years on multifamily projects
- Minimum 4 years of Revit experience required
- Working knowledge of Type I, III, and V construction and consultant coordination skills
