Job Summary
Oversee and manage the internal architectural project team; draft construction documents and provide redline corrections to junior team members; coordinate with the internal project team and manage the work of others; ensure design completeness of construction documents including code compliance and quality assurance; interact with external client-side peers and attend planning and construction meetings as needed; support project managers on fee proposals, project schedules, work plans, and conceptual cost estimates; requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 4+ years of experience; proficient in Revit, Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.
