Job Summary
Graphically communicate design ideas quickly while participating in the full design process from concept through construction administration. Prepare design development and construction document packages with project teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Evaluate bids, conduct site visits, address technical issues, and maintain quality control during construction. Possess strong technical capabilities regarding building construction, millwork detailing, and consultant coordination. This role requires a professional degree in architecture with on-track licensure preferred, plus three years of recent design office experience. Proficiency with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office is essential. The position is based in Boston with travel required and an office presence of three or more days per week.
