Job Summary
Coordinate the full design process from conceptual stages through Construction Administration, participating as a member of the project team. Graphically communicate ideas quickly while managing millwork detailing, consultant coordination, and bid evaluations. Prepare design development and construction document packages with contractors and vendors, conduct site visits to address technical issues, and maintain quality control. Requires a professional degree in Architecture with licensure in progress, three years of recent design office experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. Based in LA with travel required and an office presence of three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years of recent design office experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to graphically communicate an idea quickly and effectively
- Strong technical capabilities regarding building construction and technologies
