Job Captain at Ware Malcomb leading project coordination with consultants and internal teams across design phases, producing high-quality construction documents, and providing construction administration support. Responsibilities include leading design development and construction document production, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors, performing code research, assisting with project schedules and budgets, managing submittals for jurisdiction agencies, and utilizing Revit and Newforma to deliver contract documents. Requires 3+ years in architecture, a Bachelor’s in Architecture or related field, Revit skills, knowledge of building codes, and coordination of complete contract documents.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Architecture
- Revit skills
- Knowledge of Newforma
- Knowledge of building codes
- Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
