Job Summary
As a Job Captain at Ware Malcomb, lead project coordination with consultants and internal teams across all phases of design to produce high-quality construction documents; provide Revit support and utilize company resources to prepare design and construction documents; assist the Project Manager or Architect with site visits, shop drawing reviews, and construction services; perform project code searches and analysis; help prepare project schedules and budget reviews; coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and Ware Malcomb team members to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Architecture
- Revit skills
- Knowledge of Newforma
- Knowledge of building codes
- Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
