Job Summary

Job Architecture Senior Associate leads governance for enterprise job code standards, intake and change governance, and data quality across HR systems. You’ll partner with HRBAs and business leaders to ensure consistent, auditable role taxonomy decisions, drive end-to-end governance for job code changes, and modernize intake processes to enable automation and scalable downstream impact across reporting and systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Consultative partnering and stakeholder management with HRBAs, Compensation, and senior leaders
  • Strong understanding of job architecture and role taxonomy concepts and their impact on downstream HR processes
  • Proven governance and controls mindset with documentation, approvals, and auditability
  • Process design and continuous improvement capability to streamline intake/triage and reduce cycle times
  • Strong analytical skills to assess downstream impacts and provide decision-ready recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-ready summaries
  • Data stewardship capabilities with focus on master data quality and cross-system integrity
  • Experience in HR Operations, Workforce Management, Compensation, Talent, or HR Data/Reporting in large organizations
  • Familiarity with HR systems of record and downstream integrations/workflows
  • Experience leading cross-functional change management (communications, cutovers, adoption, training)
  • Authorized to work in the United States
