Job Summary
Podiatrist needed in Bronx, NY for a multi-specialty practice. Responsibilities include consulting with patients in clinic or hospital, reviewing medical history, examining feet/ankles, performing X-rays and scans, treating sport-related foot/ankle injuries, deformities, and ailments with techniques such as casting or laser therapy, prescribing orthotics and pain relief medications, ordering ultrasounds and bone density tests, performing ankle/foot surgeries, and advising on proper foot care and therapeutic techniques. Must have active NY license and be Board Certified or Board Eligible. New graduates are welcome.
