Job Summary
Conduct skilled nursing tasks and Positive Behavior Support interventions as delegated by a Registered Nurse or Student Services Program Consultant. Perform oral hygiene, diapering, feeding, dressing, grooming, and Functional Behavior Analysis while implementing physical restraint protocols. Document clinical observations, nursing care, and behavioral data to carry out nursing care plans and physical rehabilitation tasks. Assist in developing individual programs of instruction under teacher supervision and participate in staffing or parent meetings. Accompany and transport students to and from school when required under a Type 10 Driver certification. Work Monday through Friday for 7.25 hours per day starting August 31, 2026, at $19.77 to $26.01 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Criminal history clearance
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability through a formal state or local academic assessment
- Demonstrated competence in district-required training activities OR equivalent training or experience as determined by the Director of Student Achievement
- Valid driver's license
- Oregon Type 10 Passenger Driver Certification
