Job Summary
Registered Dietitian Health Care Facility Surveyor in Wyoming will support a Quality Improvement Consulting Company by applying CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT to survey and accredit long-term care facilities. The role requires a Dietetics degree (Associate or Bachelor’s), RD licensure, and at least two years of survey experience, with frequent travel (up to 75%). The candidate should demonstrate independent decision-making, prioritization in survey tasks, and effective conflict resolution. The position offers a full-time schedule (Monday–Friday) with extensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, travel reimbursements, and company-provided travel logistics.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics
- CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training
- Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
- At least two years of recent surveyor experience in accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to travel up to 75%
