Job Summary
Registered Dietitian Health Care Facility Surveyor supporting CMS-related survey tasks for long-term care facilities; requires CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT, plus at least two years of survey experience, and an active Registered Dietitian licensure. Travel up to 75% is required. Full-time, Monday–Friday with extensive benefits including health/dental/vision, 401k with match, HSA, company-paid travel and expenses, and extensive training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics
- CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training
- Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
- at least two (2) years of experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities
- current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian
- US citizenship
- ability to travel up to 75%
