Job Summary
Registered Dietitian Health Care Facility Surveyor role requiring CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT, with duties including surveying facilities that serve long-term care residents, independent decision-making to direct the survey process, priority setting, and conflict resolution. The position is full-time (Monday–Friday) with travel up to 75%, nationwide client-facing support, and a benefits package including health and retirement plans, paid holidays, travel expenses covered by the company, and extensive training opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics
- CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training
- SMQT (Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test)
- at least two years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities serving long-term care residents
- current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian
- U.S. Citizenship
- ability to travel up to 75%
