Job Summary
Registered Dietitian Health Care Facility Surveyor to support a Quality Improvement Consulting Company in a role that involves surveying and accrediting long-term care facilities. Requires CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT, an associate or bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, and at least two years of relevant surveyor experience, with independent decision-making to direct survey processes. Must maintain current RD licensure, be a U.S. citizen, and be able to travel up to 75% regularly. The position is Full-time (Mon-Fri) with a comprehensive benefits package including travel-related perks.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics
- CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training
- Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
- At least two (2) years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities serving residents of long-term care facilities
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
