Job Summary
Registered Dietitian Health Care Facility Surveyor position in New Mexico. Requires CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT, and a Dietetics degree with active licensure. Must have 2+ years of surveyor experience accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities, with independent decision-making skills and the ability to set priorities in survey tasks. Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics
- CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training
- Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
- at least two (2) years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities
- current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian
- U.S. Citizenship
