Job Summary
Registered Dietitian Health Care Facility Surveyor role supporting quality-improvement work for long-term care facilities. Requires CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT, and an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, plus at least two years of surveyor experience and current R.D. licensure. Must be able to travel up to 75% and perform survey tasks with independent decision-making in a full-time capacity (Monday–Friday). Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics
- CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT
- At least two (2) years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
