Job Summary
Registered Dietitian Health Care Facility Surveyor needed in Nebraska for a full-time role supporting nationwide clients. The candidate must hold an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, have CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training, passed SMQT, and at least two years of recent surveyor experience accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities. Current licensure as a Registered Dietitian is required, along with proven independent decision-making, prioritization, and conflict-resolution abilities. U.S. citizenship is required and travel up to 75% is anticipated. Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics
- CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training
- Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
- At least two (2) years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian
- Demonstrated independent decision-making skills to direct and manage survey processes
- Ability to set priorities independently and work with others on survey tasks
- Ability to discuss conflicts openly and seek assistance when appropriate
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
