Job Summary
Registered Dietitian Health Care Facility Surveyor role requiring CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT, with an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and current RD licensure. Candidates should have at least two years of surveyor experience accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities, possess independent decision-making skills, and be able to set priorities and resolve conflicts. The position is full-time (Monday–Friday) with travel up to 75% and nationwide responsibilities, offering comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401k, HSA, paid holidays, vacation, and company-provided travel perks. U.S. citizenship is required. Remote work is available in Kentucky.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian
- CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training
- SMQT
- at least two years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities serving long-term care residents
- U.S. Citizenship
