Job Summary
Registered Dietitian Health Care Facility Surveyor – Iowa. Role requires CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT, an accredited degree in Dietetics, current RD licensure, and at least 2 years of surveyor experience accrediting long-term care facilities. Must be able to travel up to 75% regularly, be a US citizen, and perform independent decision-making to direct the survey process. Required Qualifications
- Must have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics
- CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training
- SMQT (Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test)
- At least two (2) years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian
- US Citizenship required
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
