Job Summary
Registered Dietitian Health Care Facility Surveyor for a Quality Improvement Consulting Company. Requires CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT, at least two years of surveyor experience accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities, current Registered Dietitian licensure, and U.S. citizenship. Position is full-time (Mon-Fri) with up to 75% travel. Located in Georgia (Remote with GA designation). Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics
- CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training
- Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
- At least two (2) years of recent experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve the residents of long-term care facilities
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis
