Job Summary
Registered Dietitian Health Care Facility Surveyor responsible for leading and conducting surveys of long-term care facilities. Requires CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT, independent decision-making to direct and manage the survey process, and the ability to set priorities and resolve conflicts. Travel up to 75% and a full-time Monday–Friday schedule. Eligible for comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401k, HSA, travel expenses paid by the company, and extensive training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics
- Must have CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training
- Must have passed the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
- Must have at least two (2) years of recent experience as a surveyor in accrediting or certifying facilities serving residents of long-term care facilities
- Must maintain current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
