Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics
- CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training
- Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
- At least 2 years of experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying LTC facilities
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian
- U.S. Citizenship
