Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to support a Quality Improvement Consulting Company nationwide. Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training, and SMQT, plus at least 2 years of recent surveyor experience accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities. Must maintain current LCSW licensure, demonstrate independent decision-making in directing survey processes, and the ability to set priorities and resolve conflicts. Travel up to 75% is required; U.S. Citizenship is required.
