Job Summary
Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor conducts surveys of long-term care facilities to ensure compliance with CMS standards. Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training, and SMQT, plus at least two years of survey experience and current LCSW licensure. Travel up to 75% is expected. This is a Full-time role (Monday - Friday) with benefits including paid vacation, holidays, travel accommodations, health insurance, 401k, HSA, and more. Salary ranges from $72,000 to $80,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work
- CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training
- Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
- At least two (2) years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities serving residents of long-term care facilities
- Current licensure to practice as an LCSW
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to travel up to 75%
