Job Summary
Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to support CMS survey activities in a nationwide capacity. Requires a Master's in Social Work, CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT, at least two years of surveyor experience in accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities, and an active LCSW licensure. Travel up to 75% is required. This is a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
