Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work
- CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training
- Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
- 2+ years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities
- Current licensure to practice as an LCSW
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
- Demonstrated history of independent decision-making to direct and manage the survey process
- Ability to set priorities independently and collaboratively in performing survey tasks
- Ability to discuss conflicts openly and seek assistance when appropriate to make decisions and resolve conflicts
