Job Summary
Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor responsible for CMS Long-Term Care accreditation surveys; requires a Master's in Social Work, CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT, and at least 2 years of surveyor experience accrediting long-term care facilities; must hold current LCSW licensure, be a U.S. citizen, and be able to travel up to 75%. Full-time, Monday–Friday with extensive travel benefits and comprehensive company-paid perks. Located in Montana with remote work option.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work
- CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training
- SMQT (Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test)
- At least two (2) years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities
- Current licensure to practice as an LCSW
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
