Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to support CMS-related quality improvement initiatives. Must maintain current LCSW licensure, demonstrate independent decision-making in directing survey processes, and be able to set priorities. U.S. citizenship is required. Travel up to 75% is required.
