Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work
- CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT
- at least two (2) years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities serving residents of long-term care facilities
- current licensure to practice as an LCSW
- ability to travel up to 75% of the time
- U.S. Citizenship is required
