Job Summary
Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to support a Quality Improvement Consulting Company in Kentucky. Must hold an MSW, have CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training, and SMQT certification, plus at least two years of experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities. Requires active LCSW licensure, U.S. citizenship, and ability to travel up to 75%. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package in Kentucky; remote option available.
