Job Summary
Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor needed to support CMS-based quality improvement work for long-term care facilities. Requires an MSW, LCSW licensure, CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training, and SMQT, plus at least two years of surveyor experience accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities. Travel up to 75% is required. This is a Full-time, Monday–Friday position with comprehensive benefits and salary in the 72k–80k annual range.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work
- CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training
- Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
- At least two (2) years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities
- Current licensure to practice as an LCSW
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
