Job Summary
Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to support a Quality Improvement Consulting Company in a technically exciting environment, performing survey and accreditation tasks for long-term care facilities. Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training, and SMQT, plus at least 2 years of survey experience and an active LCSW license. Travel up to 75% is required. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k, HSA, paid holidays, and paid travel expenses.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work
- CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training
- SMQT
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities
- Current LCSW licensure
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
- U.S. Citizenship required
