Job Summary
Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor needed to support nationwide quality improvement initiatives for a Quality Improvement Consulting Company. The role requires CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT, a Master's degree in Social Work, and licensure as an LCSW, with travel up to 75% and a full-time schedule (Mon-Fri). Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work
- CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training
- SMQT (Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test) completed
- At least two years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities serving residents of long-term care facilities
- Current licensure to practice as an LCSW
- Ability to travel up to 75% on a regular basis
- Demonstrated history of independent decision-making to direct and effectively manage the survey process
- Ability to set priorities independently and collaboratively in performing survey tasks
- Ability to discuss conflicts/controversy openly and seek assistance to resolve conflicts
- U.S. Citizenship is required
