Job Summary
RN Health Care Facility Surveyor needed to support CMS-regulated long-term care facilities nationwide. Responsibilities include conducting on-site surveys to determine compliance with Federal regulations, performing off-site preparations, conducting visits across a variety of facility types (e.g., SNFs, ASC, ESRD, ICFs/IID, PRTF, hospitals, hospice), and communicating deficiencies with facility staff. Requires independent decision-making, ability to prioritize survey tasks, and travel up to 75% with 100% remote work arrangement. Must have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing, current RN licensure, CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training, SMQT, and 2+ years of relevant survey experience. Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Current RN licensure
- CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training
- Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
- At least two years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
