Job Summary
RN Health Care Facility Surveyor role; 100% remote with up to 75% travel nationwide; requires CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT; must hold RN license and have 2+ years of surveyor experience for long-term care facilities; responsibilities include leading/participating in surveys (e.g., re-certification, comparative, complaint investigations, revisits) across facilities such as SNFs, ASCs, ICFs/IID, ESRD, PRTF, hospitals, hospice; duties include on-site surveys, review of records, staff/family interviews, identifying non-compliance, and developing plans of correction; travel logistics, training, and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training
- SMQT
- 2+ years of experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities
- current RN licensure
- ability to travel up to 75%
