Job Summary

RN Health Care Facility Surveyor needed to conduct on-site surveys and remote coordination for Medicare-Medicaid certified facilities nationwide, applying CMS survey protocols across diverse facilities; requires CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training, SMQT, and RN licensure. Responsibilities include leading or supporting survey teams on re-certification, complaint investigations, and revisits across facilities such as SNFs, ASC/ICFs/IID, ESRD, PRTF, hospital, and hospice; perform on-site observations, record review, staff and family interviews, and development of plans of correction. Emphasizes independent decision-making, prioritization, and conflict resolution with travel up to 75%, and a flexible schedule within a full-time role. Required Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing
  • CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training

  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
