Job #1173 - RN Health Care Facility Surveyor - Oklahoma

RN Health Care Facility Surveyor to support CMS-related surveys nationwide with travel up to 75%. Requires an RN with an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing, CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training, SMQT, and at least 2 years of surveyor experience accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities. Role involves on-site surveys of Medicare-Medicaid certified facilities across diverse settings (long-term care facilities, ASC, ICFs/IID, ESRD, PRTF, hospitals, hospice) to ensure compliance with Federal regulations; responsibilities include off-site preparation, facility tours, record reviews, staff and family interviews, determining plans of correction, and follow-up visits. Must maintain current RN licensure and demonstrate independent decision-making, priority-setting, and conflict resolution skills.
