Job Summary
RN Health Care Facility Surveyor responsible for conducting on-site Medicare-Medicaid surveys to determine compliance with Federal regulations across various facilities; requires CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT, RN licensure, and 2+ years of survey experience; travels up to 75% nationwide; performs off-site preparation, interviews, records reviews, and prepares plans of correction; serves as team member or team leader on surveys for long-term care and related facilities, applying approved survey protocols; comprehensive benefits and a 100% remote work arrangement with travel.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training
- Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
- At least two years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
