Job Summary
RN Health Care Facility Surveyor needed in Maine. Required Qualifications
- Must have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Must have CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and passed SMQT
- At least two (2) years of recent experience as surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities serving long-term care residents
- Must maintain current RN licensure
- Demonstrated independent decision-making to direct survey process
- Ability to travel up to 75%
