Job Summary
RN Health Care Facility Surveyor (Colorado) with CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT required. Must hold an RN license, have 2+ years of surveyor experience accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities, and be able to travel up to 75%. Full-time remote role with nationwide surveys and on-site visits as needed; responsibilities include conducting on-site facility surveys, ensuring compliance with Federal regulations, coordinating with staff and families, identifying deficiencies, and supporting plans of correction. Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training
- Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
- At least two (2) years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities serving residents of long-term care facilities
- Current RN licensure
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Independent decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritize and communicate effectively
