Job Summary
RN Health Care Facility Surveyor to support CMS regulatory compliance across a nationwide network with up to 75% travel; 100% remote work option offered with focus on surveys of Medicare-Medicaid certified facilities, including re-certification, complaint investigations, and visits to various healthcare settings. Requires an RN with an Associate or Bachelor’s in nursing, CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT, and 2+ years of survey experience, plus the ability to travel frequently. Required Qualifications
- Must have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Must have completed CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and passed the SMQT
- At least two (2) years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities
- Current RN licensure
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Strong decision-making and communication skills
- Ability to set priorities independently
