Job Summary
RN Health Care Facility Surveyor responsible for conducting on-site (and remote) surveys to assess compliance with Federal regulations across a range of healthcare facilities, including long-term care. Requires CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT, an RN license, and 2+ years of surveyor experience. Travel up to 75% and 100% remote work are supported; responsibilities include leading or supporting surveys (re-certification, complaint investigations, revisits), applying approved survey protocols, and coordinating with facility staff to determine compliance, plan correction, and follow-up. Required Qualifications
- Must have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT

- Current RN licensure
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
