Job Summary
Retail Sales Manager leading a wireless store team, recruiting, hiring, and training top sales talent; coaching and evaluating performance; managing staff scheduling; driving store sales and customer engagement; empowering team members to upsell and cross-sell; overseeing merchandising, inventory, cash handling, and POS accuracy; ensuring brand standards and visual merchandising; delivering a customer-first experience and achieving sales goals; and benefiting from twice-monthly commission payments and uncapped earnings potential.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree with coursework in business, accounting, marketing or management
- 1-2 years’ experience in retail sales management (wireless industry preferred)
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
