Job Summary
Lead and develop a wireless retail team to drive store sales and achieve performance goals. Recruit, hire, and train top-tier sales talent; coach and provide regular feedback; conduct performance evaluations; manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage. Drive customer engagement with a customer-first approach, empower team members to deliver personalized wireless solutions, and model upselling, cross-selling, and account activation strategies. Oversee day-to-day operations including merchandising, inventory, cash handling, POS transactions, and adherence to company policies. Monitor store performance metrics, maintain brand-ready visuals, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. Must possess strong leadership, interpersonal, and strategic-thinking skills; able to support Spanish-speaking customers; comfortable with a fast-paced environment and flexible scheduling. Full-time role with an average total compensation of $30-$62 per hour including commissions; position entails standing for long periods, with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree with course work in business, accounting, marketing or management
- 1-2 years’ experience in retail sales management (wireless industry preferred)
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
