JM Test: Operational Integration Manager

Job Summary
Manage end-to-end integration of newly acquired companies from planning through execution, coordinating operations, people, systems, inventory, and processes with local leaders to ensure smooth transitions. Develop standardized playbooks, identify operational gaps, and implement scalable solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and consistency across multiple locations. Build credibility with frontline employees and leadership teams by communicating the purpose behind changes and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. Support implementation of operational systems and ERPs, develop meaningful KPIs and dashboards, and analyze performance data to recommend actions improving safety, quality, and productivity. Travel approximately 50% to sites, partnering with teams during periods of rapid growth and organizational change.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, operational excellence, project management, consulting, continuous improvement, or a similar environment
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects from planning through execution
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel approximately 50%, including occasional short-notice travel
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
- MBA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications
- Experience supporting acquisitions, operational integrations, or multi-site organizations
- Background in manufacturing, industrial services, calibration, field service, or technical operations
