JM RN and LPNs - Flexible Schedule

The RN Clinical Nurse provides patient-centered, specialized nursing care across the continuum through an interprofessional approach, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practice. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, planning and delivering care in collaboration with the care team, promoting quality outcomes, mentoring, risk management, and maintaining safety. Requires active licensure as an RN or LPN in Wisconsin and BLS certification. The role involves working in a hospital/healthcare setting with potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens and other hazards, and requires physical ability to move, lift, and position patients as needed.
