Job Summary
The JIRA Administrator will configure and maintain the Atlassian suite (JIRA Service Management, Confluence, and related marketplace apps), manage user access and project configurations across IT, HR, and other departments, and serve as the primary administrator for third-party software systems. Responsibilities include configuring JIRA workflows, managing deployments and licenses, maintaining documentation and SOPs, supporting integrations, onboarding/offboarding for access accuracy, and driving process improvements and timely notifications per team protocols. Required skills include hands-on JIRA/Atlassian experience, strong admin/organizational capabilities, attention to detail for complex workflows, independent learning, and solid written/spoken communication. Preferred qualifications include Atlassian Certified Professional, Salesforce experience, Confluence administration, and experience in regulated environments.
