Provide a complete and satisfying dining experience to guests in accordance with the service flow and hotel standards. Welcome guests and seat them conveniently. Set up the restaurant according to meal-period requirements and ensure full mise-en-place is prepared prior to start and replenished after for all meal periods. Demonstrate efficiency, honesty, and a positive attitude toward guests, supervisors, and colleagues; communicate with English and Chinese language abilities as a basic requirement.
