Job Summary

Regional Manager for Channel Expansion and Market Access responsible for managing distributors and external hospital/clinic network within the assigned region, supporting tender entry, and coordinating related projects. Key duties include regional distributor management, channel planning and execution, sales and order management, contract management, loss and returns control, data integration, analysis, and compliance/audit activities, credit management and rebates, hospital access support (NKA), DTC store business management, tender process support (daily tasks, double-checks), tender distributor screening, and procurement data management. Also contributes to other business-related tasks and ensures project compliance. Required skills include strong interpersonal communication, team collaboration, client management, business insight, strategic and operational planning, ability to handle complex tasks, and resilience. Preference given to candidates with medical/pharma background and relevant sales/end-user management experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 本科及以上学历
  • 医药专业背景优先
  • 具备4年以上医药相关工作经验
  • 有商务或基层终端管理经验为佳
  • 具备高效的人际沟通和团队合作精神
  • 与内外部客户保持良好沟通和合作
